We offer the option to conveniently split your rent into two payments. Your landlord gets paid on time while you can pay the remainder to Bridge at any time during the month. Keep reading to find out more.

Transparent Pricing
Our pricing consists of two components:
Fixed Membership Charge of $14.99/month plus

a Payment Charge* based on your monthly rent
​
*Payment Charge is calculated as 0.5% for monthly rent amounts below $2,000 and 1.0% for monthly rent amounts more than $2,000

How It Works
1. Apply Online – Submit your application through our web portal with a copy of your government-issued photo ID, signed lease agreement, and proof of employment or credit bureau.

2. Get Approved – We'll review your application within 48 hours. Once approved, we'll coordinate directly with your landlord to ensure seamless monthly payments.
​
3. Make a Partial Payment – Pay 40% of your rent to Bridge before the due date and we'll send the full amount to your landlord on time.
​
4. Repay Balance – Settle your balance before the end of the following month. If your balance has been fully repaid you can continue to use our services again without the need to reapply - simply follow Step 3 again! You can continue to use our services for as long (or as little) as you desire. And cancelling is a breeze - simply send us an email.
